New product development
For changes to construction, yarn, sizing or compression, send a technical brief or reference sample. Feasibility, sampling work and validation requirements are reviewed before confirming the production specification.
1. Requirement review
Target market, intended use, pressure, construction, size range, quantity and packaging are defined.
2. Sampling
Yarn, fit, pressure and visual details are developed; typical sample timing is about 14 days after confirmation.
3. Quality control
Pressure, sizing, appearance, seams, labels and packing are checked against the approved reference before release.
4. Delivery
Typical bulk production timing is about 40 days after approvals; packing, traceability and shipment details are confirmed per project.

What is the OEM MOQ?
Standard specifications can start from 200 pairs. Custom programs are commonly confirmed from 500 pairs per size/color, with final MOQ depending on construction, branding and packaging.
How long do samples and production take?
A typical plan is about 14 days for samples and about 40 days for bulk production after approvals. Final timing is confirmed for each project.
Can MAIZI develop custom pressure?
Yes. In addition to established European and US ranges, custom pressure profiles can be evaluated and developed.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the model or reference, destination market, intended use, pressure range, size chart, colours and quantities by size and colour. Include logo files, packaging requirements and your target delivery date.
What should be approved before production?
Confirm the sample specification, fit and measurements, appearance, branding and packaging artwork. Record requested changes and the approved reference so that the production requirements are clear.
How are packaging and labels confirmed?
Provide the pack format, artwork, label language, barcode and instructions required for your market. Confirm artwork and product details before printing; available documents and market requirements must be checked for the selected model.
Are sample fees and freight included?
Ask for sample development, revisions, packaging setup and freight to be listed in the quotation. Inclusion and any deductions from a later order are confirmed for each project.
